Section Deep-Dive

• Learnability (The "Test" Part):

  • This is the only "right or wrong" section. You are given data (often in a table or diagram) and must deduce rules to solve follow-up questions.

  • Note: Questions are interconnected; if you get the first rule wrong, it may affect the rest of the block.

• Motivation Ranking:

  • You cannot select the same rank for two items. You must force a choice between things like "Technical Expertise" and "Teamwork."

• SJT (Work Scenarios):

  • Expect scenarios focused on Safety (e.g., seeing a colleague skip a protocol) and Client Delivery (e.g., managing a delay).

  • Babcock Tip: If a scenario involves a safety risk, the "Most Effective" choice always involves immediate intervention or reporting.

Practical Details

• Total Duration: Usually takes 45–60 minutes to complete in full.

• Tools: Have a calculator and scrap paper ready for the Learnability section.
